Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. However, in the event of defective merchandise, or a shipment of the wrong item, KaliFCollection will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back in unworn, undamage, conditions  and issue a store credit. You will have 7 Days to return item(s).

Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds may only be made to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to reflect depending on your financial institution. Please note due to health concerns, panties, undergarments and tights that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for refund. So shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind our product and our customers’ satisfaction.
